Hi, I’m Sarah Walker. I grew up in Kelso, in the Scottish Borders, and qualified as a personal trainer in 2021. Since then, I’ve been coaching both individuals and groups, helping people build strength, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle.

In September 2024, I expanded my skills further by qualifying as a Pilates instructor with a higher distinction. Later that year, I set up my personal training business full-time, and since then I’ve been enjoying supporting clients on their fitness journeys.

Our commitment extends to providing detailed, personalized coaching, leading invigorating group fitness classes, and conducting Pilates sessions that enhance core strength and flexibility for clients of all levels. SWEAT TRAINING is more than just a training business; it's a supportive community focused on sports, mental well-being, and achieving fitness milestones.
